上海迪士尼度假區今天宣布，屢獲殊榮、風靡全球的迪士尼百老匯音樂劇《美女與野獸》的普通話版本將於2018年獻演華特迪士尼大劇院。演員的甄選工作計劃正式啟動。此次製作將重聚1994年百老匯原版《美女與野獸》的原班創意團隊，包括了導演 Robert Roth，舞蹈編導 Matt West，以及屢獲世界知名音樂獎項的音樂總監 Michael Kosarin。
Shanghai Disney Resort announced today that Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, the award-winning hit Broadway musical, is coming to life in Mandarin on the Walt Disney Grand Theater stage in 2018, with official casting auditions beginning this month. This production will reunite the acclaimed director and choreographer of the original Broadway production, Robert Jess Roth and Matt West. Joining them will be award winning Musical Supervisor, Michael Kosarin.

舞者：
能力出眾的男女舞者，要求擁有很強的芭蕾或者爵士舞蹈功底。同時，舞者需具備不錯的歌唱水平。部分男舞者需要掌握空翻技巧。年齡為18歲以上，必須中文流利。

Dancers:
Outstanding male and female dancers, who have strong ballet or jazz background. Dancers need to have good vocal ability. We also seek male dancers with strong tumbling skills. Must be above 18-year-old and speak/read fluent Mandarin.
